Montserrat Serrano Bonilla

She is an international leader who has made rural development and international cooperation her life's purpose. As President and Founder of Plan Desarrollo Mundial / Mundo Rural Today, she has spearheaded initiatives impacting more than 52 countries, demonstrating leadership that has withstood both cultural and economic challenges. Her work in citizen diplomacy and the creation of strategic alliances earned her the Women's Leadership Award at the 2021 Global Women's Summit.

Mary Luz Bustamante

She is a Colombian professional born in Pereira, Risaralda, who works in the fields of public relations, accounting, and the international real estate sector. Regarding the *Plan Desarrollo Mundial* (World Development Plan): She serves as a member of the Executive Committee and is responsible for International Relations for the organization (which is also linked to the international organization Mundo Rural Today); she considers herself a "citizen of the world."

José Manuel Barba B.

He possesses extensive training and qualifications, notably as a National Level III (UEFA Pro) coach and instructor, a Sporting Director certified by the RFEF, and a specialist in sports scouting. He also has a wealth of experience serving as Coordinator for EF Carabanchel, collaborating with a FIFA agent on player monitoring, working with KN FOOTBALL, and directing the CEFATED sports training academy. His career includes stints at clubs such as Atlético de Madrid and CD Leganés, among others.

Agreement to jointly develop the five Development Pillars of FIMA 265, with the cross-cutting participation of MUNDO RURAL TODAY / PDM and KESPORT AGENCY in each of them: Pillar 1 – Sports: Excellence and Community Leagues. Pillar 2: Education – FIMA Schools; Pillar 3: Social – Social Transformation and Project Phoenix; Pillar 4: Employability – Certification and Talent Management; Pillar 5: Cultural – World Cultural Festival FIMA 265.
