All members of FIMA's Board of Directors serve on a strictly voluntary basis without compensation, in full compliance with FIMA's status as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation registered in Miami, Florida, USA. FIMA is committed to the highest standards of transparency and accountability. Our bylaws, financial statements and governance policies are available to all member federations and institutional partners upon request.
